For sellers

A clearer route from submission to settlement.

Individual and business sellers can submit vehicles, follow review progress and track the financial outcome from one dedicated workspace.

Seller pathwaySubmit → Inspect → Auction → Settle

Vehicle ownership, documents and condition information remain part of the controlled review process.

How selling works

Every vehicle follows a visible lifecycle

  1. 01

    Register and verify

Select an Individual or Business Seller profile and complete seller approval.

  2. 02

    Submit the vehicle

Provide vehicle facts and required documents through the Seller Centre.

  3. 03

    Review and inspection

Staff may approve, reject or return a submission with a correction reason.

  4. 04

    Auction assignment

An eligible vehicle can be assigned to a scheduled auction and tracked through its result.

  5. 05

    Charges and settlement

Review the sale price, applicable commission, VAT, charges, deductions, payments and balance.

Correction is traceable

Returned submissions keep the staff reason and provide a clear route to resubmission.

Seller bidding stays separate

A Seller-profile session may watch auctions but cannot bid. Buyer access requires an explicit Buyer profile.

Financial history remains visible

Charges, authorized waivers, deductions, reversals and settlement records retain their history.
